At a young age, Sudendu Shah is the CEO of Pride Group.
He has set an eminent benchmark by receiving an award for ‘Times Men of the year’ as ‘The Youngest Entrepreneur’ and award as India Icon ‘Most Dynamic Young Entrepreneur’.
Owning to his leadership qualities and strong will, Sudendu Shah won the ‘Indian Achiever’s Award ’ for ‘ Excellence in Business Leadership.’

He started with a clean-slate, single-handedly took up the responsibility of his own business and made it into a huge success without any guidance and support from the industry.
It is due to his constant conviction and dedication that he has turned a vision into reality by achieving ‘Worldwide Achiever’s Award’ – ‘Most Promising Entrepreneur of the Year’ and this is not just the end recently his hard work, dedication and sincerity paid off and he is awarded and recognized by ‘Brands Accord (India) 30 Under 30’ – ‘Youngest Self Made Entrepreneur 2022’ . He has even been featured in a striking article in Forbes India! And to top it all, the year 2023 brought forth a huge milestone where he was invited to talk at TEDx Pradhikaran and share his journey to inspire millions ahead.

Early Life

Being originally from a small town called Solapur, Sudendu Shah, grew up in a middle-class family.
In his early phase he migrated to Pune City to pursue his education. He then started exhibiting his entrepreneurial skills from the age of 11 years when kids of his age were enjoying their carefree school life.

Initially, a reseller of “Mukhavas”, and then helping out his father in his catering business, he had already set a foot into the industry.

The Quest to Accomplish & The First milestone

Sudendu Shah during in his college days was an avid fan of football and the finest football player. He had an unflinching zest of leading, empathizing and motivating others.

In consideration with these qualities and knowing well of his abilities, he was able to establish his coaching academy called “Pride Coaching Academy.”

He then dedicated his time and sweat to the cause and opened 4 more branches of this academy in just 2 years and from thereon, he never looked back.

During the course of getting graduated as a Mechanical Engineer, he wanted to start his own business and become an entrepreneur. This phase was a crucial stage where he had to strike a balance between his education, his career and his ambition.

With his business acumen and managerial skills he stepped into the field of “Event Management,” and initialed his own company named ‘Pride Group’.

This was the first milestone to come along his way.

Making a Strong Headway

Sudendu Shah was determined to spare no effort in the growth, development and functioning of ‘Pride’.

He tackled one field at a time with creativity and innovation and made a strong headway towards progress working with prestigious brands like INOX, Dainik Jagaran, Aditya Birla Group and many more.

With his firmness and fixity of purpose he further expanded and diversified “Pride Group” into various discrete avenues including garment business in 2015 and the IT sector in 2016- 2017.

Pride Services encompasses various business avenues such as, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Garment Business, Export & Import and much more. It aims to grow larger and represent our country on an international platform making a prestigious mark on the globe.
